Puppy Types

This is a list of some of the basic types of puppies found in the community. It's important to remember that not all player will recognize with one of these types and some may recognize with more than one type. These are not rule sets to play by, as play is what you want it to be. This is simply to help others understand a little bit more about the community and diverse individuals within it.

Derp puppy: these are the basic fun-loving goofy puppies you see almost every event or mosh. They like to roll on the floor and play with toys while wrestling and interacting with other pups and critters. Normally nonverbal and just desire to feel the freedom of being a big dumb dog.

Mutt Slut: a puppy that is driven by the desire to be pleasured or pleasure his handler/other pups. When they get into headspace, they are immediately aroused and seek only to fulfill their carnal desires.

Guard dog: these puppies are always at attention and watching out for trouble, they consider themselves guard dogs due to their nature to keep watch over others and always have a watchful eye. Normally guard dogs don’t go into headspace often in public due to needing to keep watch.

Old dog: old dogs act like old bio dogs, they like to lay around and don’t exert much physical activity. They enjoy pets and belly rubs, normally only gets into headspace at home.

Biped puppy: a puppy that walks on two legs even while in hood and experiencing a slight headspace. These puppies are known to be verbal and very social. They will mosh on all fours but prefer to stand upright most of the time. Unlike most puppies who only wear their hood during puppy headspace play, biped puppies wear their hoods all the time, which is on the borderline of furry; a cousin of the critter play community.

Feral/primal: This is a type that can apply to any critter in the community. Primal play is a deep form of headspace and as it says more primal in nature than a typical animal headspace. Primal leans towards being rough during play, with consent negotiations needed before hand. Primal players bite and scratch just like their animal counterpart would in the wild, normally the play involves a predator and a prey critter type.
